Concentrating on facts will take you to your real destination while feelings will always lead you somewhere you should probably not be going. Gerritt says that when you act on feelings, then you need to find out the facts. Confront the person who irritated you and find out why, that way you will operate out of real information and not out of mere feelings and guesswork.
